In a deep fryer: fry the frozen viandelles ± 5 min. (thawed ± 3 min.) in a deep frying pan preheated at 180 °C. Do not fry too large quantities at once. In an oven / on a grill: fry the frozen viandelles ± 20 min. (thawed ± 15 min.) in an oven preheated at 250 °C or on the grill at maximum temperature. Turn the viandelles over regularly.
