One important element is the origin of our ingredients. We use only 100% Italian Sicilian organic durum wheat because for us it has the best good smell, taste and colour. We want only the best for making this our pasta. The wheat used for producing this pasta is obtained with a special and unique method. This method guarantees a 100% wholegrain flour. In the mill enters the grain and exit the flour without being sieved, mixed or added to other ingredients so that the flour has all the properties of the raw material. The pasta making is distinguished by total vacuum dough and a slow drying at low temperature in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the raw materials.
