No need to thaw out the product first. In a pan: heat some fat and bake the fish sticks for 6 to 8 min. until they are golden brown. Turn over halfway through. In the oven: put the fish sticks on a baking tray and bake them for ± 15 min. in an oven preheated at 225 °C. In a deep fryer: fry the fish sticks for ± 5 min. in a deep fryer preheated at 175 °C.
